Sav is a multidisciplinary healer and mind-body expert with a heart for adventure, good food, authenticity, and connection.


With nearly ten thousand of hours of professional experience over the last fifteen years, she has amassed expertise in the mind-body overlap in a way that is entirely unique and has allowed her to create a niche of her own: Poshya Wellness Collective.

    Among other jobs, the lymphatic system is your body’s natural detox and immune support network, and helps maintain overall balance and well-being by supporting many other systems in the body.

    A healthy lymphatic system is essential for optimal health and wellness, because every other system in the body relies on your lymphatic system working well. Your endocrine system (hormones), nervous system, digestive system, your integumentary system (skin) and immune system all need your lymphatic system to do its job!

  • Who is this course designed for? Do I need prior knowledge or experience?

    This course is designed for anyone looking to enhance their overall wellness through Mindful Movement and lymphatic support. Whether you're new to wellness practices, managing stress, or simply looking to move better and feel lighter, this class meets you where you are.


    No prior knowledge or experience is needed, just an open mind and a willingness to play.

  • What specific health issues can improving my lymphatic flow help with?

    Supporting your lymphatic system can help reduce inflammation, ease bloating, reduce edema (swelling), boost energy, improve skin clarity, enhance immune function, and even relieve chronic aches and stiffness. Lymphatic support can also increase quality of sleep, relaxation, mental clarity, and overall well-being as well.

    Creative movement and curiosity fuel a funky, flowy, rhythmic practice that encourages free expression, exploration, and, most importantly play. We prioritize intentional and mindful movement over elevated heart rates, and we sequence our practices intentionally to accommodate those with orthostatic issues.


    We will incorporate breathwork, mindfulness practices, and somatic principles to leave you feeling refreshed down to your cells.
